Family Promise of Colorado Springs walks alongside families with children under the age of 18, in Colorado Springs, that are experiencing housing instability or homelessness. We provide a continuum of services through our three programs by helping families navigate and overcome housing instability or homelessness with services that provide hope, dignity, and respect to some of the most vulnerable families.
Homeward Pikes Peak provides housing programs for individuals and families with substance use disorders and/or mental illness, and chronic homelessness. Providing access to care through housing and substance use treatment, HPP can break the cycle of addiction, and recidivism into the criminal justice systems. Safe and stable housing and recovery programs are necessary for a healthy and vibrant community.
LFSRM walks with the vulnerable through services that heal, strengthen, and provide hope. We strive to partner with local communities to meet the existing needs of Colorado Springs. We support foster youth through safe placement and support services, work to prevent child abuse and neglect with a free respite child care center, and help refugees and asylees successfully resettle into the community.
TESSA supports victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, and human trafficking in the Pikes Peak region. Services include our Safehouse program, 24/7 Safe Line, confidential advocacy, counseling, legal and housing aid, youth and children’s programming, as well as community outreach and educational resources. Through these programs and services, TESSA strives to realize our vision of a community free of violence.
The Place provides the roofs, resources and relationships that help youth exit homelessness. We work with youth ages 15 to 24, creating a safe environment of support, encouragement and hope. We are the only nonprofit organization in Colorado Springs that offers a full convergence of trauma-informed, developmentally appropriate and strength-based services for youth in homelessness.
