Tri-Lakes Cares

We are the only comprehensive food pantry and human services organization providing emergency, self-sufficiency and relief programs in northern El Paso County. Under one roof, those in need can find help with food, rental or mortgage payments, utility bills, and medical care and referrals. We provide case management, programs focused on finding a pathway out of poverty, and so much more.

Hunger. Threat of eviction. Financial struggles. Loss of a job, an unexpected medical issue or living on a fixed income can threaten the stability of families living in an area considered affluent and with a high cost of living. Tri-Lakes Cares assists with food, rent, prescription and medical needs, school supplies, Getting Ahead classes, and much more. We are there in their time of immediate need and beyond.

Volunteers to coordinate food pickups and/or to serve on committees; photography/video services; non-perishable food items; and toilet paper, laundry soap and hygiene items.

“Tri-Lakes Cares was there and helped me when no one else would! They helped me to stay in my house and get us back on our feet so we could be self-sufficient again. Without TLC my family and I would have been on the streets.” — Anonymous client who received services in 2017
