Our House Inc. provides services for adults with disabilities to empower their independence and build personal relationships so as to better help, teach, and grow according to their own potential through the support of life skills, vocational training, and giving back to their community. We provide residential and day program services to help people be more self-sufficient and live the life they desire.
Our House Inc. believes that all individuals with disabilities have the right to be treated with dignity, grow to their full potential, and enjoy personal interests in an atmosphere of safety, respect, and integrity. Our House is passionate about helping people with disabilities find their sense of belonging and purpose by developing and nurturing relationships that enrich their lives and the community around them.
Donations will go toward community involvement aimed at increasing skills, independence, and self-confidence of the adults we serve, including Para-Taekwondo, painting, ceramics, yoga, and more.
Most adults with an intellectual disability have a hobby and engage in community activities, but seldom with friends outside the home.
“My daughter who attends is very happy to be there, and as a result of all that is available to her through Our House, she is a happier and more confident person.” — Anonymous Parent
