Since 2017, Hillside Connection (HC) has effectively utilized sport as a platform to convene, engage and empower 350+ underprivileged youth participants in the community. Under the leadership and direction of Southeast Colorado Springs native, Terrell Brown, and a strong cohort of coaches and mentors, HC is committed to providing pathways to opportunity, empowering youth populations to excel in the GAME OF LIFE.
HC currently serves youth girls (grades 1st – 5th) and youth boys (grades 1st – 8th) with a strategic focus on developing “pathways programming” for youth transitioning into high school in 2021. At no cost, Hillside Connection provides sports clinics, enrichment activities, community service projects, competitive leagues, and support services for youth and families in the community!
