Colorado Springs Youth Symphony

The CSYSA provides for the artistic and educational development of young people in the Pikes Peak region by offering high-quality and diverse musical experiences to musicians ages 6 to 18. We believe that any child who wishes to learn a symphonic instrument should have the opportunity to do so. We place importance not only on musical education, but on personal development, teamwork and leadership.

Our students grow not only as musicians, but as people, honing their talent and seeing what can be accomplished when they are dedicated to their craft. Our national/international tours expose them to different cultures, helping them to become world citizens. In their time with the CSYSA, each student has the opportunity to successively audition for our eight groups, gaining expertise, enduring friendships and life skills.
