Child Community Services is established to provide community-based services to meet the needs of children ages 5-18 years old and their parents in all areas of mental health. Our mission is to provide accessible and quality services through counseling, Case Management, treatment, and crisis intervention. Our vision is to lower the suicide rates among children and teens in our community.
El Paso County has the leading suicide rate among children and teens ages 10-24 years old. Our clinicians take the time to understand a child’s unique diagnosis and needs. Our team is dedicated to committing their time and talents to treat every stage of child mental illness with a collaborative approach and innovative treatment options. All counseling and community services are offered in the client’s home.
We are seeking volunteers to join our board. We are currently seeking a board Vice President and board members. We are also seeking volunteers to create a fundraising committee.
More than 4000 Colorado Children each year have an ongoing behavioral health condition or serious emotional disturbance.
“This place truly cares. The therapist works with my daughter and turned her behavior around. We are so happy to have someone that comes to the house because I work until 5pm. I highly recommend this place for any working parent!” — Julie
