It is the mission of Bryson’s Chase Foundation to raise funds for families with children in need of mental health care. We exist to help future generations build valuable coping mechanisms in order to avoid tragic and extreme alternatives such as substance abuse, criminal behavior, and suicide.
My son was in and out of mental healthcare for over a year when he was 9 years old. We partnered with Children’s of Colorado and help fund the Pediatric Mental Healthcare Institute which helps families right here with financial assistance so their kids can get access to the very best mental healthcare in this state.
We hold several events each year to raise funds and those events are always listed on our website and Facebook page. Bryson’s Chase is always looking for volunteers for our events as well.
Suicide is the number one cause of death for Colorado kids starting at age 10 and thoughts or attempts at suicide is the top cause for patients in Children’s Hospital
“During 2020, there were a total of 113 families who received support. This assistance was provided through PMHI with support from generous partners, including Bryson’s Chase Foundation.” — James Bjorklund Senior Director, Southern Colorado
